According to Surrey's Farnham events page, these include Storytime on Mondays at 10:30am, Pebble Rhymetime on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:30am (no booking, maximum 25 children, first come first served), Stay and Play on Thursdays from 10:15am to 11:45am, a Poetry Hub on Wednesdays from 11am to 1pm, Stitch and Chat on Fridays from 10am to noon, Chatterbooks for ages 7 to 12 on the second Saturday of the month at 11am, and a Board Game Club on the third Saturday from 10:30am. How do I join?
Membership is free and set up online through Surrey Libraries. Members can borrow up to 25 items at a time. Books have a three-week loan, renewable up to five times unless requested. Audiobooks on CD carry a hire charge and cannot be renewed. Digital items such as eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics and eMagazines come through services like BorrowBox, Libby and PressReader, with no overdue charges. The free Surrey Libraries app gives you a digital library card, catalogue search, reservations and renewals.
What is Super Access?
Super Access lets full members aged 16 and over use the library outside staffed hours with their membership card. At Farnham, Surrey lists extended hours of 8am to 9:30am and 5:45pm to 8pm on most weekdays, slightly different times on Tuesday and Saturday, and Sundays, and says the library is not staffed during these times.
